Hydrocryl Flow Promoter as an extender will keep the colour true and avoid scumbling and blotches produced when using water.
Alternatively, Hydrocryl Flow Promoter can be tinted with the paint in order to create coloured varnishes.
Hydrocryl Flow Promoter can be used on top of fully dried oil paintings.

Build Transparency between layers. Thin the paint to truly appreciate the depth of hue available
Clear Low Sheen Varnish. Seal your finished work or give your paintings a lift.
Generate Flow & increase paint coverage. When painting a background or large area, add some Flow Promoter to get a more even spread across the canvas.
Create fluid abstracts. Go with the Flow. Experiment with abstract freeform using Flow Promoter.
Restoration work. Flow Promoter is an excellent adhesive for collage and a must have to seamlessly blend adhesion with colour when restoring work.

Happy with all hydrocryl products!!

The flow promoter is an economical price and size! It mixes very well with my Hydrocryl paints and allows me to be diverse in textural methods with my painting. Thinner; impasto; palette knife. It all works!

First time purchase

Ordering was simple. Goods arrived well packed. Tried the paints and flow promoter today doing a little colour mixing. I love the consistency with the flow promoter and it dried with the colours vivid.

It doesn't get better

I have used this acrylic emulsion as an adhesive for my Paper Sculptures for over 20 years because nothing compares to its properties of clarity, rapid adhesion (suction), solids content (which gives it bond strength) and archival durability. No brand anywhere compares, period. This of course is the same acrylic emulsion supporting the entire paint range.
